Consultant & SAS Fees

Consultant anaesthetists and a non-consultant career grade doctors (SAS - includes Staff Grades, Specialty Doctors, Specialist Doctors and Associate Specialist) are eligible for the member/non-member rates and do not qualify for the trainee rates).

 

Trainee/Trust Grade Member Fees

To register as a trainee or Trust Grade, you must be affiliated to a Deanery and a DAS member. You will be able to provide proof of valid Deanery registration or a letter from your supervisor during registration.

Payment of Registration Fees

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. If you are expecting your organisation’s finance team to pay your invoice, please follow up with them to ensure payment is made promptly.  Please note, if you register at the super early or early bird rate and do not make payment by the early bird deadline, you will be invoiced for the late registration fee.
 

On completion of your registration form, a confirmation email and invoice/receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers. Please check your spam/junk folder just in case. If you have not received this within 24 hours of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing das2026@abbeyuk.com
 

Cancellation

  • Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat at the following email address: das2026@abbeyuk.com

  • For cancellations received on or before 10 Sep 2026, 17:00 local UK time, a full refund less an administration charge of £75 will be granted

  • There will be no refund for cancellations received on or after 11 Sep 2026, 17:00 local UK time

  • Substitutions are welcome

  • No‐shows will not receive a refund

  • In the unlikely event that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage. Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds
     

Liability Waiver

The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. The DAS 2026 Organisers and Guildhall are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so.  However, as an attendee, you must fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risk related to entry into, and presence in, at and around the event venue(s), which may include an increased risk of exposure to communicable diseases. As an attendee, you hereby accept personal responsibility for your voluntary participation in the event and assume all responsibility of claims and potential claims relating to any risks and hazards of attendance. It is recommended to have your own insurance in place.
 

Visas

Non-EU participants may require a visa to enter the UK.  To check if you need a UK visa please follow this link https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa 

Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.
 

If you require a letter to confirm your registration, please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email das2026@abbeyuk.com to request a letter after you have registered and made full payment.  If your visa is declined, we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.
 

Validity of Passports

It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.
