Early Bird Registration will close on the 9th of September 2026.
Yes, one day registrations are available online. The applicable fees for one day registrations are listed below:
• DAS Member: £320
• Non-Member: £420
• Trainee Member: £285
• Retired Member: £235
• ODP / Anaesthetic Nurse / F1 Doctor: £165
Delegates travelling from outside the UK should check visa requirements well in advance. Depending on your nationality, you may now need to get an electronic travel authorisation (ETA). Check if you need a VISA.(https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa)
If you need a letter to support your visa application, the conference team can provide one once your registration is confirmed.
If you need to cancel your booking:
- All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to: das2026@abbeyuk.com(mailto:das2026@abbeyuk.com)
- For cancellations received on or before 10 Sep 2026, 17:00 local UK time, a full refund less an administration charge of £75 will be granted
- No refund for cancellations received on or after 11 Sep 2026, 17:00 local UK time
The organisers may, in their discretion, permit transfer of your place to another individual. Requests to transfer must be emailed to das2026@abbeyuk.com (mailto:das2026@abbeyuk.com)at least 48 hours in advance of the Conference start.
Yes. Registrations can be transferred to another delegate from the same organisations. Please email das2026@abbeyuk.com (mailto:das2026@abbeyuk.com)with the full details of the new delegate, so we can update the registration.
Photography and video recording may take place at the conference. The release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of this content will be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the conference, its affiliates and representatives. Please notify us if you wish to be removed from any such materials by emailing das2026@abbeyuk.com.(mailto:das2026@abbeyuk.com)
In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
Yes, this can be requested on the registration form. Please ensure you enter the details as displayed on your passport.
Please note, this can only be issued once payment for your registration has been received in full. If you pay online by card, the letter will be issued with your registration confirmation email. If you are paying by bank transfer, please allow a few days for this to be issued whilst we receive and allocate you payment accordingly.
